A ₹100 return processing fee per product will be deducted for refunds (free size exchange available). Reverse pickup is available based on your pincode, with up to 3 attempts.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality check. COD refunds are issued via UPI. Sale items, innerwear, and swimwear are non-returnable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with images. Returns are accepted only once; further requests may incur charges. For non-serviceable areas, customers can self-ship the product to our return address.

We ship orders using trusted logistics partners like Delhivery to ensure safe and timely delivery. Prepaid orders have free shipping, while COD orders include a ₹49 charge. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–5 working days.

You can track your order once it is shipped. If you are unavailable during delivery, multiple attempts will be made before returning the order to our warehouse.

Open delivery is not available; however, you can request a return or replacement if unsatisfied. If you receive a tampered package, do not accept it and report immediately.
